On orders over £35.
Orders under £35 will be charged at £6.95.

These terms only apply for deliveries on
UK
mainland south of a line between Dumbarton and the northern suburbs of Aberdeen.

Delivery charges for Highlands and Islands are on application and will be charged at cost irrespective of the order valve.

Deliveries will normally be made during the next working day for orders placed before 17:00.

Orders placed at a weekend will be processed the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Back Orders will be delivered as soon as the product becomes available. You will be advised of our best estimate for delivery in this eventuality. As are dependant both on manufacturers and shipping agents we endeavour to keep the number of back orders to a minimum.
Returns
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge subject to our general terms & Conditions. Damaged items will require to be returned.
Returns can be made if all of the following conditions are agreed by the company.

The product is in its original sale packaging and both are undamaged so as to be in a resalable condition.

The purchaser agrees to pay the cost of carriage.

The to be returned items are not subject to a claim of ‘damaged’
